My name is Jon Isaksson, and I will be the hiring manager for this position. I’m the Manager for LCP Business Control at Dustin. As Business Controller Sweden, you will get the opportunity to proactively drive change, streamline processes, and make an impact on Dustin’s business.

What does a Business Controller do at Dustin?

As a Business Controller, you get to take on responsibility for Sweden sales controlling. The role includes both recurring tasks and ad hoc analysis and you will act as a business partner to the sales teams, making an impact on the business. You will get the opportunity to work independently with driving our processes forward while having support from an experienced controller team, so you never walk alone.

The role consists of both financial and business controlling related tasks where you will get the autonomy to drive monthly closing, financial planning & reporting, as well as carrying out analysis to support the management.

What you bring

• Extensive experience in financial or business control positions
• A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Solid understanding of the business perspective of finance
• Analytical skills and the ability to move from the strategic big picture down to what it means for the financial follow-up
• Experience from working with sales and/or projects is meritorious
